BURGETTSTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A western Pennsylvania man will hire an attorney and fight a criminal mischief charge for painting the speed limit on a stretch of Main Street. Fifty-five-year-old John Cherok II lives and owns a bookstore in Burgettstown. When he appeared at before a magistrate on Thursday, he refused to pay $540 to clean the road plus a small fine.
